SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

By this Project we proposes the organization of some courses and modules, in order to increase the flexibility and the competitiveness of the executive and management personnel to the requirements of the European labor market, responding of need of education and professional training, to support the economic growth and the development of the society based on knowledge. 

The Project will last for 11 months, of which 6 months are dedicated to teaching the courses and modules, and 5 months for their training of development under good conditions and for the dissemination of the results.

The target group is represented by 160 employees of County Union of the Handicraft Cooperative of Dolj (UJCM). The participants will be divided in groups of 20 participants. During the modules and courses, both theoretical notions of the studied domains, and their practical application will be taught.

For the optimum course of the courses and modules, it is necessary to: correspondently arrange and endow the classroom where these will be held, develop a large presentation and promotion campaign for the courses and modules, elaborate training programs, course supports, test and evaluate the participants in order to issue the participation certificates and the graduation certificates, develop a dissemination campaign for the obtained results.

The total value of the project is of 73.947 euro, with a contribution from the solicitant of 7,394.7 euro (10%).  The solicited nonrefundable financing is of 66,552.3 euro (90%).

The project will be implemented in partnership with UJCM Dolj, as partner. The partner has relevant experience, since they have previously carried out programs of employee training.

The final beneficiaries of the Project will be:

1) the 160 employees that will be trained in these courses and modules;

2) UJCM Dolj;

3) the 1040 employees of UJCM Dolj, other than the 160 directly trained;

4) the Craiova Branch of the Foundation for Pre-University Education of the “Spiru Haret” Handicraft Cooperative – the School Group of Arts and Professions of the „Spiru Haret” Handicraft Cooperative of Craiova;

5) families of those trained.

The implementation of the project will contribute to the fulfillment of the following results:

a) quantitative results

- 160 employees trained through this project;

- an arranged classroom; a network of 5 computers;

- 360 folders with information on the training programs;

- 60 invitations for conferences; a promotion conference;

- 40 posters;

- 3 banners;

- 1 web site;

-  training programs;

-  520 CDs;

- 520 course supports;

- multi-media presentations;

- 160 registration charts for participants in the training courses and modules;

- 320 courses and modules evaluation tests;

- 120 booklets for the dissemination of project activities and results;

- a dissemination conference;

- 2 articles in the written media;

- 40 graduation certificates and 120 participation certificates.

b) qualitative results

1) The competitivity and flexibility development of the employees trained within the present project;

2) The increase quality of services and goods offered by the UJCM Dolj cooperative societies;

3) The increase number of employees perfected/retrained within the UJCM Dolj cooperative societies, for implementing the new technologies, techniques and instruments.
